has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth he~eby
cancel and discharge said mo~tgage and ~elease and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mo~tgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. -
