THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of ~

hereinafter called the party of the first part, and FRANK E. SMITH, a single

Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter cal~ed the party of the second part, ~

WITNESSETH: ~

That if the said party of the second part shall first make the payment~
an~ perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on its part to be made and
performed, the said party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to ~
convey and assure to the said party of the second part, its heirs, executors, :

administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the ~

following described property, together with all improvements thereon lying, '

being and situate in St. Lucie County, Fl orida, to-wit:
Lot 3 of Block 3 of SEMINOLE PARK SUB-
DIVISION, according to the plat thereof ~
recorded in Plat Book 10, at Page 11 of the ~
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
TOGETHER with all improvements thereon. ;

and the party of the second part hereby ~ovenants and agrees to pay to the ;

said party of the first part, as considerarion therefor the sum of EIGHT ~
: THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NO/100ths DOLLARS ($8, 900. 00), in the ~
' manner following: ~
_ There shall be paid the sum of $1, 000. 00 cash at the
time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is
hereby ~~acknowledged. The then remaining balance
~ of $7, 900. 00 shall be paid in monthly installments of

$90. 00 each. The first such monthly installment shall

succeeding month thereafter until the whole sum named,

payment shall be applied first to interest and then to the ~

hereof at the rate of Eight Percent (8~) per annum on the ;
unpaid balance. 'I~vo or more payments may be made at ;
any time by the parties of the second part on any install- !
ment due date, without penalty, but the making of such
ad~itional payments does not extend the date of the next
due payment.
