And the mortgagor hereby covenants with the mortgagee, that he is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee ~
simple; that he has full power and lawful cight to convey the same in fee si~npte as aforesaid; that it shall be law-
ful for the modgagee, at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy, and enjoy said land, and every

assurances to prove the fee simple title to said land in said mortgagee as may be reasona~ly required, and that
