depose and state:
Ttiat the said aff iants were all of the members of the last Board
of Directors of VTNTTIAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a dissolved
Florida corporation, the final certificate of dissolution having been
issued by the Secretary of State, State of Florida, on August 5, 1969. ~
That your said aff iants, as the last surviving members of the Board
of Directors of said dissolved corporation, are the duly qualif ied
and acting trustees and they constitute all of the trustees of the
corporation, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 608.30, Florida
Statutes, and they have executed this affidavit in accordance with
the said Statute for the purposes therein expressed. '
