1046. 83 feet for a point of beginning; thence run east
parallel to the south line of Sections 9 and 10 in said ~

River; thence run southeasterly along the Indian Riv~er

of sa.id Sections 9 and 10 to the west lirie of said Govern-

ning; together with all riparia.n rights apperta.ining there-
to and excepting therefrom rights of way of the Florida.
