Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land, and fixtures attached thereto,
and all rents, issues, proceeds, and prafits accruing and to accrue from said premises, all ~of which are included
within the foregoing description and the habendum thereof; also all gas, steam, electric. water. and other heating,
cooking. refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, inigating, and power systems, machines. appliances, fix-
~ tures, arid appurtenances, which n are or may hereafter pedain to, or be used with, in, or on said premises, even

TO E1AVE AND TO I~OLD the same, together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurte-
~ nances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion aod reversions, remainaer or remainders,

~ rents, issues, and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, homestead, dower and r~ght of
