1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRFORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notify _
ihe undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig- s
nated by the undersigned trom time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reQSOnable state oi ~

within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance, ~

2. lf the undersigned shall fail ur refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance,
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its suceessors or assigns, ;
act;ng by cmd through its duly uuthorized agents may came upon the premises 1or the purpose of doing
ihe necessary work. Provided, ~owever, that such work shall be limited to lawn cmd yard maintencmce ;

3. As to cmy cosis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- t
cesscrs or assigns, in br~n~ing about cmd accomplishing the work referred to in the notiee, the under-
signed agrees to make pa 7 ment thereoi within 10 days alter demcmd. Provided, however, that demand
shatl not exceed actual costs or expenses incuned.

4. In ihe event that ihe undersigneci shall iail or refuse to make payment of the actual costs or
; expenses incurred, then, cmd in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
~I cesso: s or assigns, may undertake collection o( the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
{ hereunder, together with all costs of collection including a reasonable attomey's fee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in addition to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
notice that it has aequired a lien agc~nst the subject property for said c~ount cmd may file a Notice
of Lien among the Public Records of ihe County in which the premises cae situated. ~
