1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C~RPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notify
the undersigned in writ~ng at ihe Qddress indicated below ;or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned trom time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state of
appearcmc~e cmd repair consisient with the general appe~~?ce cmd state of repair ot other properties
wittii:n the immediate vicinity, ihe undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set forth in said notice within 15 days after receipt of same.
2. If the undersigned shall fail or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance,
etc , v~ithin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
c^t:_~g by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the purpose of doinc

3. As to ~y costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, iis suc-

si;ned agrees to make pa;~ment thereof within 10 days atter demcmd. Provided, however, that demcmd
!or payment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incurred. ~
4. In ihe event that the undersigned shall faii or refuse to make payment of the actual costs cr ;
i e::penses incurred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
i ce,so:s cr assigns, may undertake colleciion of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
~f hereunder, together with all costs of collection including a reasonable attomey's fee. GF~TERAL
~ DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in addition to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
notice that it has aoquired a lien against 1he subject property for said cunount ~d may file a Notice
E of Lien among the Public Records of the County in which the premises eve situated.
