Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to administe

oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared, THOMAS
HAWTNORN, who, after first being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That he did personally know one CASSIE HOWELL, same being
the grantor in that Deed recorded in Deed Book 255, at page 649, o
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein Affiant
was the grante+~, and Affiant does know of his own knowledge that
the said grantor was a single adult and the widow of Allen E.
Howell, deceased, who died November 23, 1956. Affiant further
states that the said Allen E. Howell, died possessed of less than
$60,000.00 and tha t said deceased estate was a non-taxable estate
and that no probate was filed or necessary to be filed in the
State of Florida.
Further Affiant saith not.
