BOYER and LEONA MA~ BOYER, of the County of Prince George's, State of Maryland, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant, convey and warrant unto GERALD S. GILBERT and DAVID A. McNAMEE, whose address is 4316 Hamilton Street, Hyattsville, Maryland, as Trustees under the provisions of a certain Trust Agreement known as the HERMAN F. BOYER TRUST "D" dated the 9th day of July, 1969, and a certain Trust Agreement known as the HERMAN F.
