WHEREAS, the parties hereto have reached certain agreements !
between themselves and are desirous of reducing such agreements to writing ~
for their mutual benefit and protecrion.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and ~
: covenants herein contained and in further consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars and other good and valuabie consideration in hand paid unto each '

party from the other, it is hereby covenanted and agreed between the parties i
' as follows: ;
1. First parties hereby release and relieve THELMA D. GRANQUIS'~'

from any and all further personal liability under said Purchase Money Note ~

and Mortgage dated February 1969 and recurded in O. R. Book 17

Page ,2o$S , of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, specificall}~

• releasing and relieving her from any and all personal obligations to make any ;

of the payments called for thereunder and any of the mortgagor`s or payor's ~
covenants thereunder.
2. Second party, individually and as the husband of KAY C. GRIMES,
hereby assumes and agrees to abide by and and all of the liabilities and obli- ~
gations under said Purchase Money Note and Mortgage dated February ~_y

of St. Lucie County, Florida formerly had by said THELMA D. GRANQUIST, ~
specifically including the liability and obligation to make all future payments '

called for thereunder and all of the mortgagor's or payor's covenants there- :
under in the same manner and as fully and completely as if second party had ~

made, executed ancl delivered said Purchase Money Note and Mortgage as a~
co-maker originally, instead of said THELMA D. GRANQUIST.
