HART, who, after being first duly sworn, deposes and says upon personal j
knowledge as follows: ~
1. That BLANCHE HART was personally acquainted with FANNIE
JEFFRIES, and the said FANNIE JEFFRIES was the mother of BLANCHE HART.
That affiant would further show that FANNIE JEFFRIES held Assignment
of Mortgage covering Lot 7, Block 2, AMY ANNA PARK SUBDIVISIOIV, Plat
Book 4, page 72, St. Lucie County Public Records, as recorded in
Assignment of Mortgage Book 4, page 167, St. Lucie County, Florida,
Public Records.
2. That affiant would further show that the same FANNIE JEFFRIES `
as above described was the same person as the FANNIE JEFFRIES described
as grantee to the above referenced property by Warranty Deed recorded
in Deed Book 87, page 417, Public Records St. Lucie County, Florida.
