ADMINISTRATC~R'S WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURTs , executed the ~_day of /V O(JL~.~,~ ~ j r.~,
1969, A. D., between TERRENCS M. O'CONNOR, as Administrator of
the Estate of THOMAS P. O'CONNOR, deceased, late of St. Lucie '
County, Florida, party of the first part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY
BANR, as quardian of the property of GARY JOSEPH O'CONNOR, a
minor, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 8, Fort Pierce,
Florida, party of the second part:
WHEREAS, the party of the first part was duly constituted
and appofnted Administrator of the Estate of THOMAS P. O'CONNOR,
deceased, by Letters Testamentary, qranted on the 28th day oF
April, 1967, by the Honorable J. M. Sample, County Judge, in
and for St. Luaie County, Florida, and, whereas, it is neces-
sary and expedient and for the best interest of the Estate
that certain real estate in Palm Beach C~tntyj Florida, herein-
after described be sold.

NOW, TAEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the •
sun of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, €

in hand paid, said party of the first part hereby grants, bar- ~
; gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys.and confirms ;

E sors and assigns forever, that certain land in Palm Beach

~ A tract of land 100 feet by 165 feet a part of and

Land Company Subdivision of Section 2, Township 44 `'y~
South, Range 42 East, except the South 33 feet of
tract 23 and the West 165 feet of the South 528
feet of Tract 23, and more particularly described
as follows: ~
~ Beginning at the Southwest corner of the above
~ described tract of land proceed Northward along
~ the West boundary thereof a distance of 528 feet ~
to a point, thence at right angles to the West ~
boundary proceed easterly on a line parallel to
