Thence proceed in an easterly line on an ex-
tension of the North line of the West 165' of the
South 528 feet of said tract 23, a distance of 165'
to a point; thence proceed northward on a line paral-
lel to and 330' easterly from the west line of the
said West 165' of the South 528' of said tract 23
a distance of 104' to a point, thence proceed west-
ward on a line parallel to the south line of the
land herein conveyed and 100 feet northerly there-
from, a distance of 165 feet to a point, thence
run southward to the point of beginninq.
Reserving therefrom the west 12 feet for street and
road purposes.

date hereof, and to restrictions, easements and
reservations of record.

South 628' the W 330` of Tracts 23 & 24 Model Land
