WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of ~
Florida, 1965, on the 22nd day of August, 1969 filed a lien

against any property owned by Moses Ricks, G12 N. 9th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, in the amount of $40.69, said lien being
recorded in Official Record Book 179, at page 1435 of the public ~

records of St. Lucie County, and !
WI~REAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be dis-
charged and satisfied of record.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-

missioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled ;

this 18th day of November, 1969, that said Board does hereby ack-

nowledge full payment and satisfaction of said lien and hereby
directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel
