This cause came on for trial on November 24, 1969,
' after Default being enterec~ against the known Defendants
and filing of an Answer by the Guardian Ad Lite~r. for all ~
unknown Defendants, and the Court having heard testimony
on behalf of the Plaintiffs;
The Court finds and detexmines:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction over the p~rties
and the subject matter of this suit;
2. That the Plaintiffs are now in possession and have
been in possession for more than ten (10) years of the fol-

lowing described real property:
Heginning at a point on the old bulkhead on the
West ahore o~ the InBian River and 100 feet
~ Northweaterly (as measured at right angles) of
the Northwesterly line of Lot 3 of Koblegarda
Resubdiviaion cf Russall's Subdivision of Lot
4. in Section 28-34-40 as recorded in Plat Book
1, Paqe 37, 5t. Lucie County, Florida; run
Southwesterly parallel with the North line of
said Lot 3, 572 feet, thence on a back angle of i
9@° 21' run Northweaterly 174.23 feet, thence
on a back anqle of 63° 45' S0" run East 249.45
feet, thence on a back anqle of 197° 46' 40" i
(aa measured to the Zeft) run Northeasterly ~
345.95 feet to the olcl bulkhead, thence on a
back anqle of 98° 27' 30" run Southeasterly
96.12 feet to the Point of Beqinninq~
