G U A R D I A N' S D E E D
THIS INDBNTURE, executed the day of November,
1969, Between W. N. CROMER, Guardian of the Property of LYNDA MAY
PAI,MER, incompetent, party of the first part, and RAYMOND S. ~TANLEy
and IOLA B. STANLEY, his wife, party of the second part,
W I T N E S S fi T H;
Said party of the first part did on the 9th day of
October, 1969, by petition applied to the County Judge in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to sell certain real
estate in said County hereinafter described, averring it is necessary
and expedient to sell the same and aZso each and every jurisdictional
fact; and the prayer in said petition having appeared to and found
by said Judge to be reasonable and just and said petition true and
the sale to the best interest of said Guardianship said Court ren-
dered the order dated the 13th day of October, 1969, directing said
party of the first part to sell the said real estate at private
sale; and thereupon the said party of the first part contracted to
sell the said real estate to the said party of the second part for
the sum of Forty Thousand ($40,000.00) Dollars, to be paid as
follows: ~
The party of the second part assuming the existing '
mortgage and paying the difference in cash at closing ~
to the Guardianship. `
And said party of the first part reported said contract to said ~
Court, and said Court being fully advised in the premises found
that the price offered for said real estate and said contract
fair and reasonable, and the conditions of such sa2e such as the
interest of said Guardianship required, by order rendered on the
