13th day of October, 1969, ratified and confirmed said contract ~
of sale and ordered said party of the first part to execute the ~

deed to said party of the second part of the real estate as here- ~
inbefore set forth:
Lot l, Block 1 of GREENWOOD SUBDIVISION in
Section 21, Township 35, Range 40 comprising
a re-subdivision of all of Boothe's Sub-
division except Lot 1 as recorded in Plat
Book 8, page 10~. of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and personal
property as described in the list attached
to the contract for sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars
and Nineteen Cents ($22,453.19), in hand paid, said party of the
first part hereby grants, bargains sells, aliens, remises, releases, ~
conveys and confirms unto the said party of the second part, and
to their heirs (successors) and assigns forever, that certain land ~
in said County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows:
Lot l, Block 1 of GREENWOOD SUBDIVISION in

division except Lot 1 as recorded in Plat

Subject to a Mortgage to First Federal Savings
~ and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated ~
~ March 28, 1966, and filed March 29, 1966, in
OR Book 141, page 499, public records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida, in the principal sum
of $18,400, and the existing balance of
$16,593.88, which sum, the party of the second
part expressly assumes and agrees to pay,

~ together with the improvements thereon and the follawing described

~ personal property therein contained:
