Comes now JOHN TRAYNOR (sometimes known as Johnnie Traynor
who upon first being duly sworn, doth depose and say:
l. That ~is name is JOHN TRAYNOR, and that his father
is the E. J.~TRAYNOR, Grantee in that certain Warranty Deed
dated February 25th, 1918 and recorded March 12th, 1918 in Deed
Book 34, page 147 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. `
2. That the homestead of said E. J. TRAYNOR is described
as follows, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2, and 3, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Block
55 of WHITE CITY, a Subdivi s i.on of the E~ of
Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
1, page 201 of the public records of St. Lucie
County. Florida.
and that said property remained the homestead of the said E. J. 1
TRAYNOR up until his demise on or about July 22nd, 1931.
3. That the said E. J. TRAYNOR, left surviving him, the
following heirs, to-wit:
Lillie M. Traynor Smith (sometimes known as
~ Lillian Traynor Smith); widow;
ROBERT MAURICE TRAYNOR, Gon;
f JAMES TRAYNOR, son;
EDNA MAE TRAYNOR BURGESS, daughter, and

' this affiant, JOHN TRAYNOR.

j 4. That the only interest that the said LILLIE M. TRAYNOR ~
