MORTGAGE tdODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
This Note and Mortgage Modification and Extension
Agreement entered into on this the 22 day of October, A.L~.
1969, by and between FLOYD BURKETT, of the first part, and
J. R. CHAMBERS, and MRS. J. R. CHAriBERS, hi$ wife, hereinafter
referred to as the parties of rhe second part;
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of ONE
DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUEABLE CONSIDERATIONS, exchanged between
the parties hereto, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
the aforesaid parties agree as follows, to-wit:
1. That the party of the first part is the owner
and holder of the mor~gage dated June 18, 19~5 and recorded
in Official Record Book 129 at page 516 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the following, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2 of Block 4 of LILEM SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, at
pa~e 73, of the Pub lic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
THIS IS A SECQND MORTGAGE.
together with the note that said mortgage secures in the
original principal amount of $1,900.00 upon which as of
October 14, 19E9 there remains due and unpaid the sum of
$~,358•48 together with interest thereon from October 14, ig69.
2. That the foresaid mortgage shall be paid by making -
a payment of $500.00 on January 31, 1970 together with accrued
of S percent perannum on the unpaid balance: and the balance
of said mortgage is to be paid on or before January 31, 1971
together with accrued interest on the unpaid balance in the
amount of 8 percent perannum.
' 3. That all other provisions of said note and mortgage
; not in conflict herewfth shall remain infull force and effect
' in all respects and that nothing herein shall effect or impair
~ any rights that the said party of the First part mayhave
€ thereunder for the recovery of the said mortgage debt, with
~ interest thereon and expenses thereof in the case of nonful-
~ fillment of this agreement.
