Hayes and Lucille Hayea, his wife dated Januasy 29 19 60 , and recorded ~n the public records of St. Lueie Counry, Florida, in Mt9~ Book 162 on pages 671-672 , securin~ the payment of the sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred and TA/100----------- Dollars(S 6~900.00 ) ~ covering property in the County of St. LuCie , Florida, doth he~eby acknowledge that it has received full payme~t of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to cancel the same of retord.
