MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

as "CULVSRHOUSE," and EVELYN LEVINE, a widow, BENJAMIN S. RE~NICK,
STIRLING SILLIPHANT, DORRtS B. JOHNSON, joined by NUNNALLY JOHNSON,
her husband, MARGE CHAMPION and GOWER CHAMPION, her husband, JOHN 4
MERR, EDLING PRODUCTIONS, INC., GEORGE R. MERCADER, JOHN FRANRENHEIMER,
BARRY L. HIRSCH, JOHN R. DODDS and VIVIAN VANCE DODDS, his wife,
DAVID W. HEARST and RANDOLPH A. HEARST, parties of the second part,
hereinafter referred to as "MORTGAGORS" and'~ESSEES."

NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: ;
That for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($I.00) and other valuable considerations and in further considera-
tion of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, the
parties hereto represent, warrant and agree as follows:
1. That CULVERHOUSE is the owner and holder of certain
mortgages of MORTGAGORS and the owner and holder of a certain lease ~
between CULVERHOUSE and one JOHN MERK, one of the MORTGAGORS here-
inabove, which said mortgages are reco~ded in the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in O. R. Book 72, beginning at page 669
through 705, and which said lease is recorded in the public records.

and CULVERHOUSE represent and warrant that there have been no interim
hypothecations or encwnbrances upon the land encumbered by the mort-
gages or of the mortgages herein described subsequent to the recording
