cise the option to purchase the leased premises as set forth in
paragraph 6 of said lease is hereby extended for a period of ten (10)
years from October 16, 1969; provided, however, that said option to
purchase may only be exercised by giving notice to Lessors of the
option to purchase within ninety (90) days of the end of the first ~
five (5} years of the extended term or within ninety (90) days from
the expiration of the extended ten (10) year period; and, provided,
however, LESSEES in said lease shall have the option to terminate said
lease at the end of five (5) ~~ears of the extended term by giving ~
Lessors ninety (90) days' notice of their intention to cancel or
terminate said lease; in the event said option to cancel said leas~
is not exercised as herein set forth then the term of said lease
shall continue for the full ten (10) year extended term with the option
of LESSEE to purchase said land as herein set forth. In the event
LESSEE in said lease elects to terminate said lease as herein set
forth or in tha event the lease term terminates by the expiration of
the ten (10) year term then at the option of Lessors in said lease i
LESSEE shall level the dike on said leased premises, Lessors having
an eighteen (18) month period from the termination of said lease to
exercise this option.
6. That except as hereinabove provided the terms and con-
ditions of the notes and mortgages from MORTGAGORS to CULVERIiOUSE
and the terms and conditions of the lease hereinabove described remain
unchanged.
THIS AGREEMENT shall be binding and shall inure to the
benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, assigns or suc-
cessors of the parties to said mortgages and lease. D~~~
