and mterest of the ~tortgagar in and to any such abstracts of title shall pass ro the pucchaser or grantee.

cessors in interest ~ith reference to thic deed and the debt hereby secured, in the same manner as with the ~t~~rt-
gagor K•ithout in any way vitiating or discharging the !1lortgagor's liability hereunder or upon thc debt hete!~y
secured. N~ sale ui the premises hereby mortRaged and no forbearance on the patt of the ".lbrtgagee, and no ex-
tensi~~n ~f the time for the payment of the debt hereby secured givcn by the ~lortgagee shall operate to release,
