MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE
THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 25th day of November, A. D.
1969, by and between ~'HO~SAS H. ROBIN90N and G.LADYS M. ROBINSON,
his wife, parties of the first part, and ALBERT I. JONES and ELSIE
PEARi~ JONES, his wife, parties of the second part.
WHEREAS, said parties of the second part have purchased the
property hereinafter described from RICHARD LEE FUTRAL and LINDA -
PAULENA FUTRAL, his wife, and as a part of said purchase, assume
and agree to pay the mortgage on said property .given to the par--~
ties of the fiist part herein, and
WHEREAS, said party of the second part has requested a modi-
fication of said mortgage and note described as follows, to-wit:
A mortgage from RICHARD LEE FUTRAL and LINDA PAULENA FUTRAL,
his wife, to THOMAS H. ROBIN90N and GLADYS M. ROBINSON, his wife,
recorded in Official Record Book 174, at page 2554, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and covers the following
described property:
The East 40 feet of Lot 7 and all of Lot ~3, Block 1, of
MARAVILLA GOLF PARK SUBDIVISION, as per pla t thereof re-
; corded in Plat Book 5, page 43, of the Public Records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ TOGETHER WITH: 1 refrigerator, 1 stove, 1 washer, 1 dryer,
1 3-piece sectional sofa (pink), 1 living room beige carpet,
~ 1 dining room heige carpet, draperies and curtains in dining,
€ living room and kitchen, 1 heating stove, 1 hot water heater,
~ 1 TV antenna, 2 upholstered swivel chairs, 2 mattress beds,
~ including headboards and foot boards, 2 springs (bed), 1
~ dresser mirror, 1 night stand. ~

~ Th2 note in cormection with said mortgage is in the total
~
~ principal amount of $15,250.00, and bears the date of December 6,
~ 1968, is recorded in Official R~ecords Book 174, at page 2555, of
~
~ the Pub lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said party of the first part is now the holder and
~ owner of said mortgage and note, and said party of the second part
~ is now the owner of the said mortgaged premises..
