selves and their assigns mutually agreed that the time for the
payment of the unpaid principal in the amount of FOURTEEN THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN AND 03/100 ($14,957.03) DOLLARS, after
the December lst, 1969, payment, shall be changed and extended in
the following manner:
$1,200.00 payable with the signing of this Modification of
Mortgage Agreem~ent, which payment includes interest at the rate of
6% per annum, and $1,200.00, including interest on the lst day of
December, 1970, and a like amount on the lst day of December each
and every year thereafter until fully paid. Pr3vilege of prepayme t
without penalty, is hereby given.
It is expressly understood, covenanted and agreed between the
parties hereto, that the said mortgage and the terms thereof shall
remain in full force and effect in all respects, and that nothing
herein shall affect or impair any rights or papers which the sai~d
~ parties of the first part may have thereunder for the recovery of
j said mortgage debt with interest in the case of nonfulfillment of
