THIS INDENTURE,
Made this twenty-fifth day of November A. D., 1969
BETWEEN MATHILDE IHLER, a widow, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
and ~tate of Florida, party of the first part, and ELEANOR I. RUBIN of
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County and State of Florida, party of the second
part
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, far and in consider-
ation of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations,
to her in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby aclmowledged, has
granted, bargained, ~old and transferred, and by these presents does grant,
bargain~ sell and transfer unto the said party of the second part and
her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and
being in the County of St. lucie, and State of Florida, more particularly
descri.bed as follows:
From the intersection of the South line of property conveyed by
FRED C. ALISPAW and wife to ANDREW S. RUBIN, JR. and wife, as described
in Deed recorded in Deed Book 193, page 447, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the West right of way line of Indian
River Drive; r•un Westerly along the South line of said property a
distance of 250 feet to a point, said point bei.ng the Point of Be-
ginning; from said Point of Beginning run North perpendicular to
said South line of said Rubin property a distance of 80 feet; thence
run Westerly parallel with said South line of the Rubi.n property a
' distance of 150 feet;`thence run Southeasterly to a point on the
' South line of said Rubin property, which is 150 feet Westerly from
t the Point of Beginning; thence run Easterly along the South line of
~ said Rubin property a distance of 150 feet to the Point of Beginning;
; being a part of the South 100 feet of the North 640 feet of the E2
~ of the NEu of Section 35, Township 35 South, Range 40 East.

~ SUBJECT to that certain Easement recorded in Book 199, Page 531 of
~ the Publie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances,
~ with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower and right

~ of dower, reversion, remainder and easement therefio belonging or in any-
wise appertaining;

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever, subject, however
_ to a life estate therein expressly reserved to the parties of the first
part, and to the survivor of said party of the first part, as long as
