This Lease shall be sub3ect to the approval of the IInited Statee of America acting through the Department of Housing and IIrban Development. ~ WITNESSh'TH: That the partiee hereto for the consideretion hereinafter set forth covenant # and agree as folloxs: 1. Pbr the purpose of providing safe, decent, and sanitary housing for t persona of lou? income pureuant to the provisions of the Housing Au- ~ thorities LaW of the State of Florida, the Lessor hereby leases and ~ , rents to the Authority the dvelling units described in Section 1 of ; Erhibit "g" Which is attached hereto and mede a part hereof (herein ~ cal2ed the "Premises"). It is hereby agreed that the Lessor may lease to the Authority the c3~?elling units identified in Section 2 ~ i of Exhibit "A" from time to time as such dwelling units become i available and that said units may be added to this Lease by inserting in said Section 2 of ~hibit "A" in the spaces provided therefor the date such units are covered by this Lease, date rent to com~ence, et ; cetera. If and r+hen a dwelling unit has been added to this Lease, i it shall become a part of the Premises herein leased and shall be ~ ~ j sub3ect to all of the terms; conditions and approvals set forth and ~ provided in this Lease Agreement and Exhibit "A" hereof. The Premises ? ~ ; ~ ahall be sublet by the Authority to lo~r income families selected by ~ it to be used and occupied solely by the sublessees as private dvel- ~ t ; ~ linge. The Authority reserves to itself the responsibility of ; ~ deter~n?n~ the eligibility of a sublessee for admission and contimxed ~ ~ occupancy and also the sole right to give notice to the sublessee to ~ vacate, but the Authority shall consider, but shall not be bound by, ~ representations f~om the Lessor as to te~~nAtion of tenancy. f ~ 2.
