~ Sereet in Fort Pierce, Florida, an executed copy of which Lease is hereto ;
attached and made a part hereof by reference; To Have and To Hold the same `
unto the said ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, and its legal successors and assigns ;
from the date hereof, for and during the remainder of the term thereof,
~ together with all rentals and income to accrue and be paid thereunder.
