or its represent^tiv~. The L.;ssor will then bill the L?~asee for said
repairs and, upon satisfactory completion, the Leseee will pay for
sane along With its regular monthly rent payment.
(f) In the event that ar~y of the Preaises are rendered unfit for occupancy,
this Leaee as to such unit shall terainate ahereupon the Authority
shall be reimbursed the proportionete part of the rent paid for the
part of the ~onth not expired.
8. It shall ba the duty and responaibility of the Authority to prevent the ~
sublesseea from violating any of the covenants and conditions of this Lease
with respect to the Premises, and the Authority urrill take ar~y action, if
necessary, to abate ar~y violation of this I,ease by the sub leasees upon
notice fron thQ Lessor, or otherwise.
9. The Lessor ~uy terminate thia Lease Agreenent in its entirEty or any dwel-
ling unit covered by said Laase Agreement at the end of thie first term by
giving six (6) nonths notice in writing to the Authority b~fore the end of
such tem. The same t@T'~^~??atlOri procedure applies for ar~y subsequent lease term.
10. IIpon expir~tion of the terci of thia LeRae, ar~y extension thereof, or tern-
ination as set forth in Section 9, the Authority Will retu~n the Prenises
to the Lessor i.n the sane condition they xere When lensed~ except for
ordinary wear and tear.
11. Thie Lease constitutes the entire agreenent of the parties in reapect to
the Prenises, and there are no orfil agreenents between the parties. No
chang~es in thie Lense shall be nade except in writi.ng and signed by both
the Lessor and the Authority.
12. The Lessor shull not in the selection or approval of tenants or provision
of services or in any other nanner discr~M~nate against any person on tha
ground of race, color, creed, or national origin.
