has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and tha note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mo~tgage in
and to the premises described therein, ~nd doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
