4. No travel trailer, mobile hame, recreational vehicle, ~
tent, shack, garage, barn or out building erected on
any lot shall at any time be used as a residence, ~

creational vehicles such as trave2 trailers, motor homes,
tent trailers, boats, etc., not exceeding ten ( 10 ) feet
in height and twenty-eignt ( 28 ) feet in length may be
stored on the premises at the rear or side of the re-
sidence situated thereon with ttie following conditions:
