the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by [~lary S. Jacobus ~ f ormerly

covering property in the County of St. Lucie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage a~d the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mo~tgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
