SUBORDINATION OF MORTGAGE ~

WHEREAS, HILLIARD GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation,
by Mortgage dated May 1, 1964, recorded in Official Record Book
88, at page 5, of the public records of St. I~ucie County, ~
Florida, encumbered the property described therein to J. B. ~

BRF~+TER, JR., and VzOLA BREWER, his wife, by giving said mort-
gagees a mortgage on said property in the amount of $98,500.00,

WHEREAS, J. B. BR~inTER, JR., and VIOLA B. BREWER, his
wife, are currently the owners and holders of said mortgage,

WHEREAS, HILLIARD GROVES, INC., has encumbered certain j

property owned by it by executing a mortgage to FIRST FIDERAL
SAVINGS AND LQAN ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, dated
August 19, 1969, and recorded in Official Record book 179, at i
page 1603 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
er.cumbering the property descri.bed in said mortgage, and,
