effect of this subordination agreement shall simply be to make

ATION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY mentioned above a first mortgage
on the property described in said mortgage and the mortgage
owned ~y J. B. BREWER, JR., and VIOLA B. BREWER, his wife,
mentioned above a second mortgage on the property descri.bed in
said mortgage.
