THE FL4RIDA GIFT TO MINORS ACT~
at 3088 Nypoluxo Road, :ake Worth, Florida, or at such other address
as the holder from time to time may specify by written notice to the
maker~ the principal sum of i
THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAtJD FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($37~500.00) DOLLARS ~
together with interest from date at the rate of eight per cent (8%)
per annum on the whole amount of said principal sum remaining from time ~
to time unpaid, t}ie first interest payment being due and payable on the
2nd day of May, 1970, and thereafter on the 2nd day of each month until
the full principal sum and interest are paid. The said principal sum
shall be paid on the date and in the manner following: ~

TWO iiiJNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 ($250.00) DOLLARS on the 2nd ;
day of June, 1970, and a like sum on the same day of each
month thereafter, together with interest as aforesaid, for
a pe~iod of 144 months, at which time the full re- ;
maining principal balance and accrued interest shall be r
due and payable. . #

If default be made in the payment of any of said principal sums ~
or interest or any part thereof, such sum or sums shall thereaf ter
bear intcrest at the rate aforesaid until paid, and, at the option of
the holder hereof~ the entire principal sum then remaining unpaid with
accrued interest shall immediately become due and payable without no-
tice (time being of the essence hereof), and shall thereafter likewise
bear interest at the rate aforesaid.
The makers and endorsers hereof each expressly waive presentment, '
protest, notice of dishonor and notice of protest and agree to pay all
costs, including a reasonable attorney's fee, whether suit be brought
or not, if after maturity of this note or default hereunder counsel
shall be employed to collect this note or any installment of princi pal
or interest due hereunder. .
This note is secured by mortgage on real estate of even date
herewith.
