FOR VAL'JE RECEIVED~ the undersigned promises to pay to the ordEr
of HENRETTA W. MELEAR, at 3088 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth~ Florida, or
at such other address as the holder from time to time may specify by i
writt~n notice to the maker, the principal sum of ~
FIFTY-SIX THO:JSAND TWO HUNDR~D FIFTY.AND NO/100 ($56~250.00) DOLLARS
toyether with interest f rom date at the rate of six per cent (69b) per
annum on tne whole amount ot said principal sum remaining from time to
time unpaid, the first interest payment being due and payahle on the a
2nd day oF May, 1970, and thereafter on the 2nd day of each month until
the full principal sum and interest are paid. The said principal sum
shall be paid on the dates and in the manner following:

the 2nd day of June, 1970, and a Iike sum on the same day of
each month therea~ter, toqether with interest as aforesaid,
for a period of 144 months, at which time the full

due and payable.
The maker hereof shall nave the right and privilege to anti-
cipate payment of this obligation at any time, without
penalty. ~ ;

If default be made in the payment of any of said princioal sums
or interest or any part thereof, such sum or sums shall thereafter
bear interest at ~he rate aforesaid until paid, and, at the option of
the holder hereof, the entire principal sum then remaining unpaid with
accrued interest s:~all immediately become due and payable without no- .•f
tice (time being of the essence hereof), and shall thereaf ter likewise
bear interest at the rate aforesaid.

Tne makers and endorsers nereof each expressly waive presentment,
protest, notice of dishonor and notice of protest and agree to pay all
costs, including a reasonable attorney's f.ee, whether suit be brought
or not, if after maturity of this note or default hereunder counsel
shall be employed to collect this note or any installment of princi pal
~ or interest due hereunder.
