FOR VALUE RECEIVFD, the undersigned promises to pay to the order
of CARLTON R. MELEAR, at 3088 Hypoluxo Road~ Lake Worth~ Florida~ or
at such other address as the holder from ~ime to time may specify by ~
written notice to the maker, the principal sum of ~

If default be made in the payr~ent of any of said principal sums ~
or interest or any part thereof, such sum or sums shall thereaf ter i
bear interest at the rate aforesaid until paid, and, at the option of ~
the holder hereoF~ the entire princi pal sum then remaining unpaid with ~
accrued interest shall immedi.ately become due and payable without no- ~

bear inter-est at the rate aforesaid.
The makers and endorsers hereof each expressly ~aaive presentment, ~
protest, notice of disnonor and notice of protest and agree to pay all
costs, including a reasonable attorr.~ ,•'s fee, whether suit be brought
or not, if after maturity of this r.ote or default hereunder counsel
shall be employed to collect this note or any installment of principal ~
or interest due hereunder.
