WHEREAS said Mortgagor has heretofore executed mortgage
to said Mortgagee, dated August 19, 1969, in the principal sum of $29, 000. ~
which is recorded in O. R. Book /7 , page /Co- , Public Records of ~

St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the following described property, .

From the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of Section 24,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, run East 25 feet to ~
the East right of way of Kings Highway, thence run
South 25 feet to the South right of way of Andrews Avenue
for the point of beginning. Thence continue South along
the East right of way of Kings Highway a distance of
616. 00 feet, thence run East along the centerline of an !
existing ditch a distance of 352. 81 feet, thence run
North and parallel to Kings Highway a distance of 617. 33
feet to the South right of way of Andrews Avenue, thence
run West along the East right of way of Kings Highway
and the point of beginning.

WHEREAS, said description is in error and property intended

to be covered by said mortgage is as hereinafter set forth, and ~

WHEREAS, it is the desire of all the parties hereto that said
property be correctly described,
IT IS THEREFORE, for good anci valuable considerations here-

by mutually agreed and said mortgage dated August 19s 1969 be, and the same
. is hereby reformed to the extent that the property covered by said mortgage
is correctly described as follows: to-wit:
