Lease. The Option Agreement was recorded in Official Re-
cords of the Public Recards of St. Lucie County Florida ~

The parties hereto desire to release the praperty ~

described in Exhibit "A" from the Lease and Option Agreement.

A G R E E M E N T
IN GONSIDERATION OF the mutual covenants herein
contained, and other good and va2uable considerations, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by
al2 of the parties hereto, it is agreed that:
1. The property described in Exhfbit "A" attaehed

hereto is released from the hereinbefore des-
cribed Lease and option Agreement.
