2. Al1 of the remaining terms and conditions
of the hereinbefore described Lease and ~
Option Agreement, including but not limited to, the
rental to be paid under the Lease and ~he price to
be paid under the Option Agreement, shall remain in
full force and effect and shall not be modified in
any manner because of the release of the sub~ect pro-
