Book 14, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County
Florida, run South 89° 49' 30" West along the north
right-of-way of Bayshore Drive, a dlstance of 133.0
feet; thence run North 08° 40' 30" East, 88.3 feet; thence ~
run Nor~h 32°~36~ 30" West, 99.66 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the lands herein described;
From said Point Beginning, run North 64° 47'
West, 2~1.35 feet to the easterly right-of-way of State
Road A-1-A; thence run northeasterly along the easterly
right-of--way of State Road A-I-A, which is a curve con-
cave to the northwest with a degree of curvature of 9.188
degrees, an arc distance of 30.U feet; thence run South
