' BETWEEN JUNE VAILLANT, a widow and single adult, party ~ of the first part, and DOYLE I. TRUDELL and RUTH M. TRUDELL, ~ ~ ~ his wife, parties of the second part, i`3=~ Sr. ; i i WITNESSETH, that if the sai.d parties of the second part ~ s shall first make the payments and perform the covenants herein- ~ z after mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to : ~ convey and assure to the said parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee ¢ ~ simple, clear of all encumbrances whatever, by good and suf- ! i ficient deed, the lot, piece, or parcel of land, situated ~ ~ t in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and de- # t scribed as follows, to-wit: ~ ~ . ~ Lot 12, of Block 1, of FIESTA HILL, ~ ~ a Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, _ according to a plat thereof re- ~ corded in Plat Book 8, at page 35, ; of the Public Records of St. Lucie ~ County, Florida. ~ I : And the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and : ~ agree to pay to said party of the first part the sum of ~ Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-~ao and 50/100ths Dollars ~ ($4,252.50) in the manner following: $75.00 per month until : ~ ° fully paid, said payment to include interest on the unpaid ~ ~ balance at the rate of six percent (68) per annum and said ~ ~ monthly payment to be applied first toward the payment of ~ ~ ~ 4 interest and then toward the payment of the principal balance ~ ~ due.
