ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT ~

BETWEEN JUNE VAILLANT, a widow and single adult, party ~
of the first part, and DOYLE I. TRUDELL and RUTH M. TRUDELL, ~ ~

WITNESSETH, that if the sai.d parties of the second part ~

shall first make the payments and perform the covenants herein- ~

after mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the
said party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to :

convey and assure to the said parties of the second part,
their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee ¢

simple, clear of all encumbrances whatever, by good and suf- !

ficient deed, the lot, piece, or parcel of land, situated ~

in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and de- #

scribed as follows, to-wit: ~

a Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of
SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 33,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, _
according to a plat thereof re- ~
corded in Plat Book 8, at page 35,
; of the Public Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida. ~

: And the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and

~ agree to pay to said party of the first part the sum of
~ Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-~ao and 50/100ths Dollars
~ ($4,252.50) in the manner following: $75.00 per month until :

° fully paid, said payment to include interest on the unpaid

~ balance at the rate of six percent (68) per annum and said ~
~ monthly payment to be applied first toward the payment of ~

4 interest and then toward the payment of the principal balance

due. When there is a balance remaining on the above agree-

ment for deed of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)

r: the seller agrees to execute a warranty deed to the parties
