Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances theteunto belonging or in

plants, lighting fiatures~ power machinery. plant or plants for tunning and operation of passenger or other ele-
~~ators, including passenger and other elevators, venetian blinds. refrigerators, ranges. awnings and shutters, now
or hereafter located in the buiiding upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or
hereafter placed on said premises, cither in renewal ot replacement of fiatures. machinery. appliances and ap-
purtenances originally installed on said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition there-
to, which may hereatter be placed upon the above described land, which said fiztures, machinery, appliances and '
