SATISFACTION OF LIEN ~~U ; ;~~~#?t.S

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 30th day of June, 1969 filed a lien
against any property owned by Gwendolyn I-Iarper, 4401 Avenue D,
Fort Pierce, Florida, in the amount of $1,462.56, said lien
f
being recorded in Official Record Book 178, at page 1629 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be dis-
charged and sa~isfied of record,
NOW, THEREFORE+ BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County~ Florida, in meeting assembled
this 2nd day of December, 1969, that said Board does hereby

acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said lien and hereby
directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel
_
the same of record. .
