~ legal description described in that certain mortgage in the :
~ amount of $40,000.00, dated February 19, 1966 and recorded in
~ 0. R. Book 138, page 549 and that certain mortgage in the amount
~ of $12,000.00, dated November 9, 1968 and recorded in O.R. Book
174, page 1111 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
~ on which the intangible and dacumentary s~amps have been affixed
~ and paid.

; Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected tAere-
= on or placed therein, including al) apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
~ trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, veniiliation or ~
z~ other services, and any other ~thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shade~, storm doors and windows, floor
_ coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and v~ater heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also together with
~f all easements and the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the
Supplemental Agrezment secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
gagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.
