The payment of a note executed by the Mortgago~ to the order
of the Mortgagee as set out in that certain mortgage dated
Feb~uary 19, 1966, reco~ded in 0. R. Book 138, page 549 a~d
November 9, 1958, recorded in 0. R. Book 174, page 1111 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(3) al! of the mvenants and obligations of the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a supple-
mental agreement dated, executed and deiivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to
said note and supplemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby
incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book ~ 38_, pages ~
1~-11$ of the public records of S.t~Lu~..i~ ~nunty, Florida.
~n this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include ihe feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
