ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed December , 1969, between ;
ROBERT M. LLOYD, as Administrator C. T. A. of the Estate of Edgar Norsman,
deceased, party of the first part, and CHARLES H. SIMMONS,
party of the second part, whose address is 768 Airoso Blvd. , Fort Pierce, Florida,
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant to the Order of the County Judge~s Court
of St. Lucie County, Flarida, dated December 4, 1969, and in consideration of
the premises and the sum of $10. 00 and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot Block 59, -RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 6, .
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 28, ~
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, easements and
rights of way of record.
SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage in the original principal
amount of $9, 450. 00, recorded in Official Record Book 69
at pag• 297, from Edgar Norsman to Stockton, Whatley, ;
Davin & Company, which mortgage the Grantee herein •

~ TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and

~ appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part, his
