to post in bluff, Palm X. N. 31° W. 9.a feet; Palm X. S. 69° W 15 feet;
thence run S. 67° W. 20.80 chains to a stake on the shore of Savannalz;
thence in a Northerly direction, meandering the said shore to a stake
set on the North line of Lot #3, between the lands now owned by Sarah
H. Saunders and praperty conveyed; thence East along said line 24
chains to the St. Lucie Sound; thence Southerly along said Sound to
where the South line of said tract herein conveyed intersects; thence
S. 67° W. to point or place of beginning, aontaining 17.95 acres,
less the right of way of theFlorida East Coast Railway, a strip 100
