COMBS and LOUISE L. COMBS, his wife, hereir:after called "First Parties" and ROBERT L. GREEN and SALLY H. GREEN, his wife, L 17~ York Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called "Second Parties", WITNESSETH: That if Second Parties shall first make the payments and ~ perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on theis part to ~ ~ ~ be made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, free from all en- cumbrances, by a good and sufficient Warranty Deed, the follow- ing described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lot 12, Block 2, of ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book Il, page 6, public records of St. Lucie ; County, Florida. ~ ~ ~ and, Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Par- i ~ ties the stun of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) with interest ~ t q at the rate of seven and one-half per cent (7~96) per annum, as i follows : ~ i ~ ~ $1,100.00 on or before the signing of this Agreement, ~ ~ receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.
